FAQs

What is a sauna mat used for?

It’s designed to give you a clean, comfortable layer between your body and the hot sauna bench.

Why use a sauna mat instead of sitting directly on the bench?

Sauna benches can get hot, sweaty, and uncomfortable. The wool felt mat creates a soft protective barrier so your session feels cleaner and more comfortable.

What is the mat made from?

It is made from 100% compressed wool for a premium feel that holds its shape well inside the sauna.

Does it get too hot to sit on?

No. The wool is a great insulator of heat and prevents the mat from becoming too hot to sit on.

What size is the mat?

20x13 inches
(50x33cm)

How do I clean it?

After use, let it air dry fully. For deeper cleaning, gently spot clean with mild soap and water, then allow it to dry completely before storing.
