How to use
Freeze your inserts as normal and load them into the case before you leave. They stay frozen for up to 4 hours, so the sauna can be a long way from your freezer.
Afterwards, put the inserts back in. The lining wipes dry, so nothing else in your bag gets damp.

Do I need this to use SaunaArmor™?
No. The briefs and inserts work on their own. The case is for people whose sauna is not at home, so they can freeze inserts the night before and still have them frozen when they get there.
How many inserts does it hold?

How long do inserts stay frozen inside?
Up to 4 hours from a home freezer with a full load. That covers a commute, a work day in a locker, or a session on the way home.

Every pair of SaunaArmor™ Targeted Cooling Sauna Briefs includes 2 cooling inserts. The travel case does not come with any additional.
What do I do with the inserts afterwards?
Put them straight back in. The lining is wipe-clean and holds the condensation, so your clothes and towel stay dry on the way home.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the lining with a damp cloth and leave it open to air dry. Do not machine wash.
